It can be personalised with wording of your choice and to your chosen colour scheme.

Please select the feature colour theme you would like from the colour menu. 

Use the Product Customization menu to confirm the wording you would like on the balloon, along with any additional preferences, for example if you want other colour(s) included or one that's not listed.  The seller will do their best to accommodate you if they can.

The customization menu will also ask for your contact number, delivery address and email in order for the seller to easily contact you to arrange delivery and confirm your order details.

When will my order be delivered?

This seller works to a 7 day turnaround (this may increase during peak times).  You can order for any date as long as it is 7 days past your purchase date.  For example if you order on the 7th, the earliest you could request delivery for would be the 14th.

Just confirm the date you would like the item delivered in the Product Customization menu, along with personalisation requirements and other relevant contact info requested.

How much is Delivery?

Delivery is charged depending on your postcode, starting from £5.00.  Please select the relevant postcode from the Delivery menu to ensure the correct delivery fee is added to your purchase.

Important Safety Information relating to balloon décor

Please read the following safety information, as responsibility cannot be taken for any actions arising from the misuse of balloons once delivered.

The gas used in your floating balloons is Helium. Helium is an inert, colourless and odourless gas. Evidence has proven that the inhalation of helium can be fatal as it is an asphyxiant gas. The inhalation of helium cuts off a person’s supply of oxygen and can cause dizziness, unconsciousness and ultimately death. Ensure that no-one inhales helium at any time.                        

Young children under eight years of age can choke on or be suffocated by broken / uninflated balloons or ribbons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons and ribbons away from children. Discard broken balloons and ribbons immediately.

Latex warning: The latex balloons used are made from natural latex. Please be aware that a proportion of the population suffer from latex allergies which, whilst relatively rare, may in some cases result in anaphylactic shock. This is relevant if your décor includes latex balloons. If you feel this may be a problem, please advise me as foil balloon décor can be used as an alternative.                                          

Never release foil balloons of any description outside. These must remain weighted at ALL times. Never release latex balloons unless they have been approved for release (i.e., they do not exceed 12” and do not have any ribbons, valves or other non-degradable items attached). Please ensure that all balloons are disposed of properly.              

Care of Balloons

No responsibility for your arrangements can be taken after they have been delivered in good condition. If you believe a balloon has failed please do let me know so that I can look at it and determine the best way to resolve the situation.

Please be aware that helium reacts to temperature, expanding in the heat and contracting in the cold. Please keep your balloons in a comfortable room temperature away from any heat source or draughts to prevent balloons from bursting or contracting.

It is normal for vinyl to bubble slightly after a few hours as the balloon naturally begins to shrink.

In response to the current Coronavirus situation, I have added some additional terms and conditions to protect both my clients and myself;

Increased hygiene and safety measures have been and will continue to be taken in line with Government recommendations.

If myself or any member of my household displays symptoms (or I am advised via the Test and Trace service) I will need to cancel any existing bookings that fall within the 14 day quarantine period and potentially beyond if new cases develop after the initial quarantine period begins. In such cases, I will either issue a full refund or carry the booking over to a mutually convenient date after the isolation period has been exceeded, whichever the client prefers.

Balloon arrangements will be delivered in a new balloon bag.

For larger scale in house / venue décor we will need to have an initial discussion about whether any vulnerable people will be on site, and whether both parties are confident we can apply additional safety measures. Other measures such as keeping a minimum of 2 metres apart at any time and ensuring that all internal doors are already open (to prevent unnecessary contact with door handles etc) will also be required.
