This package includes email and, or telephone chats to establish what you already know and initial research to find out about some of your earlier ancestors. After this initial exploration into your family history, you will be given information about how you can take the research further, or Norfolk-Tours can offer bespoke research packages to find out more. If, for some reason, we are unable to find anything, you will get a full refund. (Sadly, sometimes, with adoption, foreign records, etc, it is impossible to find information.)
